Custom Interconnects (formally Teknit) utilizes FUZZ BUTTON TECHNOLOGY to manufacture high electrical performance interconnection products. Created in 1993 to serve a test market need, specifically, high performance test sockets. Starting with an initial offering of high performance PGA sockets, this group has evolved to offer a wide range of products for the interconnection of high-speed computer chips as well as high performance custom solutions. Today, their expertise lies in the ability to design and manufacture custom interconnects that most other manufactures shy away from. Sockets over 4000 pins are available with frequency response to 30GHz, the best in the industry. Interposers and connectors of equal performance capability are part of the standard offering.

  • A standard Fuzz Button contact is a small electrical contact element
manufactured from a single strand of fine gold plated Beryllium copper wire

  • Comes in standard diameters and lengths with various specifications.

  • There are various design criteria that should be considered for your
    application

  • A320G  The Flir A320G infrared camera system is an affordable way to add Thermographic imaging and non contact temperature measurements to any machine system. Easy Plug and Play, Gigabit Ethernet, Precise timing and control. Supported by FLIR software packages. The A320G includes image presentation in C-video PAL/NTSC and MPEG-4 as well as the standard 16 bit.

  • A20M  A compact ThermoVision industrial automation camera. This fully-integrated system provides a visual understanding of thermal performance and immediately identifies thermal problems otherwise undetectable.

  • A40M  Similar to the A20M with built-in logic, intuitive menu-driven configuration, multiple cursors and independent alarms, real-time color video output, numerous connectivity interfaces, and plug-and-play network configurations.

  • Software is available for a number of solutions including Freeware. For the Researcher there is the ThermaCAM Researcher 2.8 which is quite powerful.

____

Huntron

Huntron, founded in 1976, is a supplier of tools for engineers and technicians who test, diagnose and troubleshoot printed circuit assemblies. Located in Mill Creek, Washington, Huntron manufacturers the popular Huntron Tracker, Huntron ProTrack, TrackerPXI, Access Robotic Prober. As density and complexity increase, printed circuit assemblies become tougher for standardized equipment to probe and test. Huntron complements conventional equipment with access and test tools that catch the elusive problems other methods often miss.
